What ingredients do you use?

Different products use different blends. Our range includes tallow, beeswax and plant oils such as sweet almond oil. Some formulas also include essential oils or botanical ingredients. If you're looking for a particular ingredient, or avoiding one, please contact us for the ingredient details of the product you're considering.

Which product is right for my skin?

Start with what you're looking for: a moisturiser for everyday use, a balm for dry areas, or a lip balm with or without tint. Ingredients vary between products. If you have sensitivities or questions about a formula, get in touch before choosing.

Are your products tested on animals?

We don't test our products on animals.

Can I use your products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Check the ingredients for the specific product with your healthcare provider if you have questions about using it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Ordering & shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-8 business days across Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 ship free. Otherwise, shipping is $9.95 flat rate.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
